Don't know the other but know people who have completed the Body Control program and they say it is very good. (Try posting on Anantomy trains under the Pilates heading as they have people from the UK who have done that course who post frequently)
Woops, I Missed that it was "Stott" Enhanced MAt"
Good Program too. It really depends on what yu are intending if you are looking for the classical, traditional interpetation do the Body Control. Stott is a more contempory interpetation, but good too.I have done some of the Stott work and then changed course after a year to a traditional training, but I use a lot of Stott stuff in my teaching. So it's all good as long as the training is in depth and not just a weekend course.

Pilates Mat Instructor Course?
i am trying to chose a Mat Instructor course and I have narrowed it down to two - Stott - Enhanced Matwork and Body Control. I am based in the UK at the moment. I like that both courses are very intensive and offer support afterwards. However, my main interest is to be able to work internationally without much hassle and the course to be recognised. Which one would somebody with more expertise recommend? Thank you so much!
