Job Description:
Sarah Aldrich Pilates seeking experienced instructor starting late July, 2012.
Sarah Aldrich Pilates, located in downtown New Haven CT, is looking to hire a fully certified (reformer, chair, high barrel, tower, cadillac) Pilates instructor with at least 3 years of teaching experience. Compensation is competitive. Position opens last week of July and requires a year commitment.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to provide our clients with:
• Access to warm, highly-qualified and approachable instructors trained in a variety of methods (currently we have instructors trained in the Classical, Stott and Kane School Methods.)
• Thorough knowledge of Pilates principles & basic biomechanics so that they can employ smart movement both in the Pilates studio and throughout their everyday lives.
• A sense of curiosity, fun and improvement in their Pilates practice instead of the pursuit of perfection.
• Inspiration to inhabit their best body.

Requirements: Candidate
• Must be able to teach Saturday mornings and at least two evenings and one mat class/week
• will have a client load of approximately 25+ private and semi-private equipment hours/week
• needs at least 2 references
• has a sense of humor and is an enthusiastic team-player
