ADI Pilates Studio at The American Dance Institute has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Pilates Program Director to join our team. We are seeking a positive and driven individual who is experienced in both teaching and business aspects of the Pilates industry. Requirements:
Comprehensive certification in mat and all Pilates equipment with a minimum completion of 450 hr training program and ability to teach all levels of fitness.

• 5+ years teaching experience with ability to mentor teaching staff.

• Industry savvy, with experience in development and application of up-to-date Pilates programming.

• Comfortable with all aspects of managing a small team of instructors.

• Ability to coordinate a nationally recognized continuing education program.

• Knowledge of daily studio management and ability to ensure client satisfaction.

• Experience in effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Must have a positive attitude and desire to grow an established business.
